Receptionist

Job description / Role

We are currently working on behalf of a Multinational Management Consultancy firm who are looking to recruit a Male Saudi National Receptionist for their offices in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

As a Front desk receptionist the successful candidate will play a key role within the office, as you will make the first impression of the company to clients and customers.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Answering switchboard, screen and direct calls
- Take and relay messages to relevant person and department
- Provide information to callers
- Direct persons to correct destination
- Deal with queries from customers and clients
- Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness
- Receive and sort mail, couriers for deliveries
- Organise conference and meeting room bookings
- Co-ordinate meeting and organise catering
- Assist with ordering and sending of gifts

Requirements

The Successful candidate will have previous experience working as a Receptionist, good communication skills and be well presented.

The selected candidate will be incredibly organised and friendly and always have a polite and courteous manner. It is important to have excellent communications skills both on the telephone and face to face. You will be required to attend to visitors and deal with all enquires and provide information regarding the company to clients and customers, (remembering confidentiality at all times)
