With continued business growth in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia our management consultancy client requires additional individuals with recruitment expertise to join their team. This is required to be a Saudi National who is based in the Riyadh area with excellent communication in both Arabic and English and degree educated.

Joining the local recruitment team, the Recruitment Coordinator will support both the local and Middle East region with the recruitment of Junior and Associate Consultancy positions from university. Reporting into the Recruiting Manager you will play a significant role in the Saudi campus recruitment activities in building relationships with schools and careers services and attending careers fairs and delivering presentations to represent the company as a future employer, both in person and online when required. The creation of a strong online presence though social media and development of creative ways to enhance the company’s reach with regards to the recruitment of graduates, will also be part of your daily duties.

Additionally, you will also assist with the selection of potential candidates and collaborate regularly with the relevant Hiring Managers and wider Recruitment Team, but continue to act as the main point of contact for all candidate relationship management and queries. Scheduling interviews both in person and online and conducting the initial prescreening telephone call, the role of the Recruitment Coordinator will also be to ensure all interviews, campus day and logistics are managed to tight deadlines and with precision and clarity. All information will be uploaded onto the internal database and maintained regularly throughout the candidate tracking process. The uploading of psychometric testing processes and results will also be required and therefore a high attention to detail of highly confidential information is part of the administration required regularly in this role.

Requirements

Essentially the Recruitment Coordinator will support the full campus recruitment cycle and therefore, the successful candidate will be an engaging and motivated individual with excellent communication skills in Arabic and English. Taking a proactive approach, you will be a key ambassador for the company and be constantly engaged with candidates and assisting them to move forwards. It is expected that you will be degree educated and have a keen interest in recruitment and HR in order to apply for this role.
