Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Objectives: A leading group of company is now looking for a Recruitment Manager for their corporate office in Saudi Arabia.

Company mainly into the following areas:

* Construction & Engineering
* Facility Management
* Landscaping & Interior Design
* Hospitality & Catering

Main responsibilities:

* Oversees and manages for all vertical recruitment works
* Develops and monitors employees’ satisfaction, evaluation, recognition as well as staff retention;
* Leads the development of the department goals, objectives and systems;
* Liaise with various vendors and agencies for job postings / requests.
* Enhance the Institute portals to assist in recruiting efforts and to portrait the organizational recruitment strategy in limelight.
* Create plans for sourcing and recruitment to fill positions in most cost effective and efficient manner.
* Review all types of contracts in liaison with the legal adviser to ensure that they conform to government regulations and Saudi Arabia employment/labor laws.
* Monitor the pace of recruitment in order to ensure targets are met on timely manner.
* Foresees risks and allows for contingencies when planning.
* Prioritize recruitment based on discussions with senior management.
* Partner efficiently with all key business partners to identify and understand thoroughly their on-going recruitment needs.
* Provide strategic and operational recruitment advice to Managers in accordance with their business needs and in liaison with Head of HR.
* Handle head hunting activities for certain positions as required by the management.
* Perform other duties as assigned and prioritized by the Management

Reporting to: Head of HR

Working Hours: Sundays to Thursdays & Half day on Saturdays

Requirements

* University Qualifications: BSc in Business Management /Human Resource Management or similar discipline.
* Should have minimum 8 years’ experience in similar capacity
* MUST: Experience working with construction background company
* MUST: Experience in recruiting blue collar locally and globally
* MUST: Excellent English Communication Skills
* Arabic speaker preferred but not essential
* Age Range: 30 - 40
* Preferred current location: Saudi Arabia with transferable iqama, alternatively any other Gulf country and willing to reallocate
