Recruitment Officer

Job description / Role

We are currently recruiting a Recruitment Officer for our Saudi Arabia office.

Responsibilities
- Searching of in-house databases and job boards to source candidates.
- Creating requisitions on Kentz database and managing the portfolios of all new and existing Kentz personnel.
- Building internal relationships with key stakeholders such as operations, HR, government relations and functions.
- Screening of candidates to assess their current situation and suitability for roles prior to sending of resumes via email.
- Tracking candidates through the recruitment and on-boarding process.
- Liaising with global recruitment team and workforce planning team to ensure we attract internal resources for projects
- Running reports as and when required in a timely manner.
- Other duties as may be directed from time to time.

Requirements

- Degree qualified.
- At least 1 years previous experience in a recruitment role.
- Experience within engineering and/or construction.
- Good computer skills and the ability to acquire knowledge of our in-house databases swiftly in order to be able to undertake various searches.
- You should possess excellent communication skills and have the ability to project professionalism and personality over the telephone.
- Capable of working under pressure and to tight deadlines.
- Good time management skills.
- Good team player.
- Presentation Skills / Oral Presentation skills.
