Job description / Role
Our client, an international firm based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia, is currently looking for an experienced Recruiter (Saudi national). Reporting to the HR Manager, in this role, you will be responsible for supporting the business in KSA for all of its recruitment recruitments. You will have a direct interaction with key decision makers, recruitment agencies as well as other network of the business in various locations. Other responsibilities will include but not limited to:
• Drafting/reviewing responsibilities of position that you need to recruit
• Sourcing/screening candidates using various channels
• Facilitating the interview process
• Collecting documents of selected candidates
• Assisting in the onboarding process of selected candidates
• Performing other hr / recruitment related responsibilities that may be required
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you need to meet the following criteria:
• 5 years of experience as Padel coach or former professional Padel player
• Should have worked in leading role for at least 2 years
• Fluent in English and knowledge in other languages such as Spanish, Portuguese, French, Deutsch and German would be an advantage
• Experience planning and executing various programs within a club or academy
• Have background in sort club management or event or hospitality experience.
• Ideally, a former professional player or a coach in Spain or Latin America.
• Experience as Tennis coach is preferred
