Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Purpose: To execute recruitment activities at SATORP to enable achievement of manpower targets. To implement the recruitment and staffing plans in ways which are compliant with business directives. To ensure that all organizational recruitment requirements are fulfilled.

- Execute processes and programs to enable talent acquisition at SATORP; establish and maintain working relationships with the organizational leaders through communication and partnerships; drive the recruitment and staffing process under the guidance of the Staffing Superintendant; implement initiatives to attract, recruit, hire, and retain great talent for SATORP.
- Partner with hiring organizations to implement recruitment and staffing strategy addressing current and future recruitment needs. This is based on the approved staffing plan as determined by the HR Vice President.
- Source candidates through recruitment agencies, networking, career fairs, Internet postings, on-campus recruiting, and employee referrals.
- Identify qualifications of candidates based on specifications within job description and select qualified candidates to present to hiring organization.
- Negotiate offers by partnering with hiring manager, senior management, benefits, relocation and compensation departments, including HR Generalists as needed.
- Perform full cycle recruitment process through screening, interviewing, testing, and short listing.
- Establish strong professional links with third parties such as recruitment agencies and job boards, in order to raise awareness of SATORP’s career opportunities.
- Utilize sourcing database to conduct reference checks and retrieve relevant candidate information for those stored on database.
- Responsible for data entry and ensuring that the sourcing database is up to date.
- Oversee the offer process, including reference checks, salary recommendations, offer letter generation, offer, acceptance and turn downs.
- Responsible for all coordination between organizations and candidates for anything related to interview scheduling, offers, and candidates’ feedbacks.
- Prepare reports for openings, hires, and post hire summaries for hiring organizations when appropriate.
- Develop relative recruitment materials such as job posting, advert and testing tools.
- Continuously benchmark best practice for selection and recruitment processes.
- Participate in the interviewing process on an as-needed basis.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the Division Head.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or Industrial Psychology.
- Six (6) years of experience in Recruitment related activities in leading organizations.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment and staffing processes.
- Good knowledge of the human resources processes.
- Ability to continuously drive for recruitment process improvement.
- Conversant with Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong customer services skills.
- Good analytical ability.
- Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize work effectively.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Good presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Willing to work irregular hours.
- Strong command of oral and written Arabic and English.
