Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Job duties

- Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with department managers, directors, and executives to enable successful delivery of company recruitment goals and objectives.
- Work with recruitment team and/or HR personnel and hiring managers to create and/or amend job descriptions for new and existing positions.
- Source, vet, and pre-screen applicants for open job requisitions using various recruitment techniques and sources.
- Negotiate, propose, and prepare offers for potential candidates in accordance with HR compensation strategy.
- Ensure candidates are vetted, receive pre-employment testing, receive visas/work permits, etc.
- Assist in the preparation of offer and/or assignment letters for selected candidates.
- Assist Recruiter and/or Recruitment Manager in workforce planning efforts between international operational areas and responsible Human Resource professionals as needed.
- Assist Recruiter II and/or Recruitment Manager with the implementation, communication, and administration of existing and new recruitment programs, including but not limited to resume databases, applicant tracking and electronic recruitment processes.
- Ensure compliance with global HR policies, employment law and government regulations, and counsel / coach functional departments.
- Research employment laws and attend training to maintain up to date professional knowledge of present employment laws, regulations, court decisions and trends.
- Ensure fair and consistent treatment of applicants and candidates during the recruitment process.
- Act as a point of contact for outside firms handling recruitment searches for the company, ensuring accurate accounting and utilization.
- Inform hiring managers of market data, recruitment efforts/tools and trending when necessary.
- Prepare management reports on HR recruitment data such as applicant tracking metrics, interview metrics, and any other data that may be required.
- Assist in training and interacting with supervisors and employees to raise awareness of employee benefits, compensation, and other reward program.
- Assist in corporate on-boarding where applicable.
- Assist on project-based tasks as appropriate.

Requirements

Experience and skills required for the job

- College degree in Business or Human Resources field preferred.
- 2-0 years of professional experience in human resources principles, practices and procedures or a combination of education and experience.
- Working knowledge in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc)
- Working knowledge of government regulations related to Human Resources issues.
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills.
