Recruitment Specialist (Saudi National) (Dammam)

- Understanding recruiting demand and skills profiles within area of responsibility
- Screening applications and select candidates
- Conducting interviews
- Acting as single point of contact for designated candidates for all recruiting related questions and concerns
- Updating and utilizing recruiting databases and tools
- Conducting and distributing reports on a regular basis and special reports on request, identifying issues and recommend actions
- Participating in projects and/or initiatives within or outside the team

Requirements

- Would consider a matured recruiter looking to leave an agency to move into a in-house role.
- 3 or more years of recruitment experience.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Demonstrable and strong expertise and experience in the field of recruitment.
- Confident, dynamic and able to communicate and interact at all levels.
- Proven capabilities of developing and applying internal and external Recruitment and Selection policies and practices.
- Able to negotiate offers / contracts with applicants and reach a win-win situation.
- Able to deal effectively with conflict in both individual and group situations.
- Proven leadership skills and capabilities to lead and manage a team.
