Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Our client, the exclusive distributor in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia of one of the worlds biggest names in the automotive industry are seeking 3 Regional Parts Managers for Jeddah, Riyadh and Dammam.

Main Purpose of Job
- To provide Leadership and Manage the Parts Operations in the nominated CMA (s)
- To ensure volume and profit targets are met whilst meeting Dealer standards & objectives
- To provide and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty and optimum stock availability of parts to all customers to all customer types
- To delver strategic advantage, identify / action sales and profit opportunities, construct and deliver robust business plans.

Requirements

Duties and Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain, operating policies and standards in line with Company operating directives and policies.
- Set and review financial, volume and operational objectives for each business
- Develop all Parts Staff to be effective in delivering departmental objectives. Set training needs and action.
- Recruit, induct , develop talented people to provide excellence and succession. Appraise all staff in line with Company standards,
- Achieve and maintain an acceptable level of profitability and drive improvement in line with Company objectives and financial ratios. Work within the working capital levels provided.
- Use marketing and incentive programmes to maximise product promotions to all customer types in line with Group programmes
- Ensure compliance with credit control policies and procedures and drive parts debt reduction
- Ensure stock is managed to optimise supply needs and minimise obsolescence
- Build and retain business relationships with the pareto of customers. Develop very strong relationships and bonds with Company Managers to help team building and service excellence.
- Ensure high standards of administration and inter departmental co-operation
- Complete regular checks on all administrative systems and procedures including work in progress, parts margin reports, lost sales , customer sales analysis ,etc.
- Maintain the security and great housekeeping in all parts departments
- Assist and advise staff in all job related problems and statutory issues and adhere to all company HR policies
- Ensure safe working practices are employed and the provisions of Health and Safety legislation are complied with
- Attend training courses as required and ensure all staff do the same if committed.
- Carry out other duties as required from time to time.

RELATIONSHIPS:

Directly responsible to: Parts Operations Director
Directly supervises: Parts Supervisors /Managers
Service/ Consultative relationships with: Service Managers/ Supervisors.
