Employment: Full Time

The Property Division manages all aspects of Alshaya's 2,750+ store retail property portfolio for our 70+ brands across 19 countries. The property division is split into 3 areas, Real Estate, Project Management and Facilities Management (FM). The Division holds regular reviews on store performance and drives real estate portfolio maximisations to ensure it meets the company's and brands' expectations in regard to quality and profitability. With 425 new stores opened in 2014, and with 430 new stores and 200 refurbishments planned for 2015, the work is fast-paced and dynamic. The team structure is split by region, ensuring your exposure across a number of international blue chip brands.

As Project Manager for Regional Operations, you will ensure SOP, Company Policy, Ministry Regulations and operational compliance are adhered to in all stores within your LOA (AOR). You will also act as a point of contact for staff to ensure their welfare is protected, and to resolve any issues. This role will be based in Hail.

Your responsibilities will include:
* Spending a minimum of 4 days per week performing store visits to ensure high operational standards are maintained
* Acting as the point of contact for the operators and staff in the province for all matters regarding compliance with KSA Ministry rules, SOPs, company policies, and cultural matters
* Working with brand operators and support functions to eliminate risk and losses to the business by creating action plans with a focus on KPI's such as Stock Loss, Audit and Service, and ensuring that the reputation of Alshaya and the brands are protected
* Checking pricing compliance on store visits to ensure KSA ministry regulations are consistently maintained
* Monitoring opening and closing timings of all stores, restaurants and cafes within your AOR to check that they are opening and closing as per mall hours and prayer times during trading hours
* Monitoring the in-store use of MPS (Manpower Planning System) tools in the effective planning of store staff schedules
* Remaining fully mobile and flexible to travel inside and out of the country as and when required to meet business requirements.

Requirements

* 3-5 years' experience of project management, including managing a team
* Strong communication skills and the ability to set clear direction, motivation, and guidance for stakeholders
* A high degree of self-motivation with a disciplined and pro-active approach
* Effective project management, organisational and prioritisation skills
* A developed management style with a mature and logical approach to problem solving

Arabic language skills are an advantage.
