Employment: Full Time

Department: Sales
Reporting To: Country Sales Manager

Purpose of the Job:
To promote the sales of Legrand Saudi products mainly within Riyadh region in order to grow its market share and ensure sustainable growth.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Specify short and medium-term sales targets that are aligned with the growth strategy set by the management.
- Prepare effective Action Plans to ensure the achievement of the set sales targets.
- Monitor ongoing business and projects follow-up with Legrand appointed distributors.
- Identifying potential sources of growth (markets and products) to increase profitability.
- Monitor the progress of submitted quotations to ensure clients are provided with premium service in all aspects.
- Build and maintain constructive business relations externally and internally.
- Effectively resolve clients’ complaints.
- Conduct effective Feasibility Study for new potential opportunities to ensure success and profitability.
- Direct, coordinate and review activities of the sales personnel to enhance productivity and effectiveness.
- Review and approves quotations ensuring that proposed discounts are aligned with the set policy.
- Ensure that the sales department is properly structured and adequately staffed according to the business needs.
- Conduct periodic Performance Management Reviews for the Sales Team members in addition to the annual appraisals.

Requirements

- Electrical Engineering Degree, MBA is a big plus.
- 5+ years of experience in similar role with proven record of success.

Skills:
- Leadership and Management (including: People Management, Time Management, Resources Management, Performance Management and Presentation skills),
- Negotiation skills,
- Market Intelligence, Analytical and problem-solving,
- Excellent English communications skills (Arabic is plus),
- MS Office Literacy.
