Job description / Role
Total Package up to SAR35000 Monthly + Commission
On behalf of our client, a global manufacturer and supplier of a range of specialist building products, we are looking to recruit a Regional Sales Manager for their regional office in Riyadh.
You will be responsible for developing and executing a sales plan in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia region in-line with operating plans, in order to enhance awareness and sales volume objectives within trade distributors and key accounts, through the efficient and effective use of resources.
Your prime responsibility is to maintain an effective and appropriate Sales Distribution Channel in Saudi Arabia so that the company exceeds the booking targets.
Requirements
The successful candidate should be an engineering graduate with 8+ years of sales experience with preferably at least 6 years in building material within KSA regional construction industry.
You have direct exposure to clients and contractors and excellent knowledge of the regional way of doing business. You have fluent skills in English and preferably you are a native Arabic speaker.
You have excellent leadership and management skills, and you have experience in sales strategy development. Arabic male candidates will be preferred.
