Relocation Specialist

Charterhouse is currently working with a global logistics company who are looking for a Relocation Specialist to join their Riyadh based team on a one year contract. Our client require an Arabic speaking candidate with strong regional knowledge and previous experience in relocation and mobility industries.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Relocation Specialist to join a dynamic, market leading organisation. You will be responsible for assisting and handling mobility for the clients relocating to KSA from the surrounding region. You should have experience in handling household shipments via both air or road and providing support to individuals throughout the relocation process. This role will require the ability to build rapport and provide an excellent level of service to the client.

Requirements

To be successful in this role you should have a strong knowledge of relocation and immigration procedures for KSA and other GCC countries. You should be customer service oriented and an exceptional communicator.

Due to the requirements of the role, fluent Arabic is essential. Previous 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role would be beneficial.
