Employment: Full Time

Your experience working with or for renewable and conventional power generation businesses is of huge interest to my client. Ideally you will have a strong legal pedigree and have spent between 2-3 years working within any renewable sector industry specifically.

Client is hopeful of attracting a qualified attorney with a solid corporate commercial background ideally having worked with leading firms or reputable conglomerates within this field in an in house capacity.

The role will require candidates to have experience with suitable technologies including Combined Cycle Power Generation EPC projects and have dealt with the renewables sector with regards to everything from transactional work, contract development with government, connection of source to grid and inherent legalities associated with such.

Given the nature of the projects my client are working on, the ideal applicant will have exposure to transactions involving concentrated solar power but anyone with wind power experience will also be an attractive option.

Requirements

- Degree Qualification in Energy and Environmental Law or International Business Law
- 2-3 Years Working on Renewable Energy Projects
- Strong command of English language
- Demonstratable experience in drafting and negotiating a range of commercial agreements including NDAs, T&Cs, Tender documentation and Contract preparation
- Have experience liaising with regulatory and governmental bodies
