Job description / Role
This leading European contractor require a reporting engineer to work on the Riyadh Metro project. The successful candidate will be an integral part of the Project Management Organization (PMO), the Reporting Specialist is primarily responsible for coordinating and presenting project status in a variety of media. Day to day activities involve interfacing with the JV, the preparation of reports and presentations to all levels of Consortium, Client, Stakeholder, and Industry organizations.
Role Responsibilities:
* Coordination and production of Monthly Progress Reporting for submittal to the Client.
* Assistance in the coordination and production of Weekly Progress Reporting to the CWJV Project Board.
* Coordination and administration of project Actions Report and database.
* Coordination and production of a variety of presentation materials.
* Development and maintenance of project status graphics and trackers.
* Assistance in the development and implementation of training for project-wide reporting tools.
* Assistance with the administration of PMO responsibilities beyond reporting requirements.
Requirements
- BSc Engineering
- A proven track record of working in a reporting function on large scale construction projects
- a good knowledge of legal issues on construction sites
- Excellent written and spoken English
