Retail Banking Program Manager

Our client a leading Financial institution is seeking to recruit a Retail Banking Program Manager (SVP Level) to be based in Khobar, KSA. Having a developed a fully digitalized service offering they are seeking strong Program Manager with expertise in Digital banking service platforms.

You will be tasked with the management of multiple programs and be the enabler for aggressive growth across KSA and the rest of the GCC. Perspective candidates should have extensive experience in Self Service and E-Channels.

Requirements

- 15 – 25 years professional experience
- Bachelors’ degree is a must
- 10+ in Retail banking from a delivery channels perspective
- 5+ years in Digital banking transformation or proven experience in setting up and enabling growth for a boutique Digital bank.
- PMP or Prince 2 certification is preferred
- Experience in PMO management and setup is also preferred
- Experience in Stakeholder Management at board level
- Experience in managing vendors, consultancies and internal staff concurrently
- Ability to manage tight deadlines
- Strong leadership and people management skills encompassed with diplomacy for managing expectations at a senior level
