Risk Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Risk Management Specialist to join our team in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, and mitigating potential risks within our industrial/manufacturing operations. This role requires a keen understanding of risk assessment, strong analytical skills, and the ability to develop and implement risk management strategies to ensure the safety and success of our organization.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct risk assessments to identify potential hazards and threats within the industrial/manufacturing environment.
- Analyze data and trends to evaluate the likelihood and impact of identified risks.
- Develop and implement risk management strategies and protocols to mitigate and prevent potential risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that risk management practices align with organizational goals and compliance standards.
- Monitor and update risk management policies and procedures to adapt to changing business and regulatory environments.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on risk management best practices and protocols.
- Prepare and present risk assessment reports and recommendations to senior management.

Requirements

- A Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional certification in Risk Management is preferred.
- Proven experience in risk management within the industrial/manufacturing sector, with a strong understanding of safety regulations and compliance standards.
- Proficiency in risk assessment methodologies, data analysis tools, and risk management software.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and prioritize potential risks.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate risk management strategies effectively.
- Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in risk management.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a proactive and adaptable approach to risk management.
- Fluency in English languages is preferred.
