Job description / Role

Menasa and Partners is URGENTLY recruiting for Safety & Standard Expert - to join a project management company with offices in Saudi Arabia.

The successful candidate will ensure compliance of the organization with the Safety Management System.
- Analyze of safety certificate applications and review for award of safety certificates, including presentation of evidence and verification.
- Safety Management System (SMS), implementation plan, hazard log and systems description reviews and requirements.
- Inspection and audit in respect of safe design, maintenance, rules, operations and renewals.
- Analyze, document and provide solutions related to safety for systems.
- Support development teams toward production certification.
- Produce written reports on audits and inspections describing findings and recommendations for the licensee.
- Take effective decisions by analyzing information and considering priorities.
- Railway and metro safety and systems experience.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent from reputed institution. Western educated preferred.
- Minimum of 15+ years’ relevant experience within railway and metro safety and standards.
- Good knowledge and experience of multi-disciplinary projects and technical/professional teams.
- Competent in a technical discipline.
- Excellent communication skills in English both verbal/written.
