Our client is one of the leading companies in the world in the provision of building management systems, covering more than 50 countries globally. We are currently seeking a Key Account Manager to join their succesful sales department.

This position will be located in Riyadh, KSA. As Key Account Manager you will be responsible for building the presence of the business in a KSA region by working on existing and developing new accounts. The position reports to the Country Sales.

This role includes working with cross-functional teams throughout the organization and is responsible for the development and execution of growth plans with assigned and new accounts: creating account management plans for each account with the Country Sales leader, identifying new accounts currently not using our clients products, creating and fostering relationships with key stakeholders at the assigned and new accounts, working with local influencers (architects, contractors, and engineers) to ensure our clients products are used in their projects, meeting or exceeding annual sales targets, and driving improved share of wallet on identified accounts through analysis of pipeline data and actual wins.

Key Responsibilities:
- Own the creation and execution of account plans for assigned accounts
- Build relationships with all key stakeholders within the assigned accounts
- Establishing relationships with new accounts in the defined sales territory
- Capturing all key data and maintaining an up to date accurate sales pipeline
- Winning project business through direct sales to accounts or through their selected management company or contractor
- Effectively articulate the value proposition of our solutions and services
- Ensure our clients product is a preferred/specified solution at each assigned account
- Establish and maintain a sound understanding of clients' strategy, workflows, the competitive environment and key drivers behind clients' need for change/buying decisions
- Provide client feedback to sales and management
- Role requires the chosen candidate to travel 50% of the time

Requirements

- Degree qualified
- Around 8-10 years experience within the field of Building Management Systems
- Must be able to demonstrate solid track record of working in a targeted sales driven environment
- Must currently be based in KSA with a transferrable IQAAMA
- Previous experience of working in an international organisation
