You will implement the operational capabilities of the business and support the operational elements for the market. You will coordinate route planning, system capabilities and tools management for the sales team.

How you will contribute

You will:

- Coordinate and initiate customer and employee master data changes for sales including processing of data.
- Support the implementation of organizational realignments for master data and administrative processes.
- Support the revision/development of relevant sales policies and administrative processes including the provision in suitable media.
- Test for system implementation and system changes working closely with sales as well as various internal departments and external service providers.
- Identify and implement master data simplification opportunities.

- Basic knowledge of sales systems and tools (including SAP and MS Excel)
- Solid communication and problem solving skills

Job details:

- Lead the Sales Capability area across KSA and set the functional development strategies in order to build sales capabilities and Talent.
- Translate sales priorities and projects into developmental initiatives within the framework of the comprehensive sales academy.
- Liaise with the Sales Management team and HRBP in collecting the functional development needs on annual basis to reflect them in the annual academy curriculum; leveraging performance management and ADP processes outcome.
- Develop and continuously update functional Sales Training material and programs in coordination with the functional material owners and manage material governance process(s) with intellectual property guidelines.
- Train the trainer on new programs and continuously upgrade the internal trainer's facilitation capabilities.
- Liaise with the auditing team to measure and evaluate sales team performance progress, analyze trends, provide recommendations and/or solutions based on the sales capability overall strategy and report findings periodically.
- Identify and recruit new sales academy trainers and continuously provide them with the necessary coaching.
- Identify desired level of functional competence for the Sales Force alongside MD and HR and develop action plans to fill identified competency gaps
- Develop (in cooperation with the regional Sales Capability, local Sales LT ) appropriate Sales Training programs and tools, including Sales On-Boarding programs
- Organize and deliver training programs and implement tools for the Mondelez Sales Force
- Lead major Sales events, i.e. Sales Conference to ensure full engagement and alignment of the sales force on the company vision and direction on an annual basis.
- Lead Sales communication and business required KPI trackers

Requirements

Education / Certifications:
Minimum Bachelor's degree with a specialization in sales or business

Travel requirements:
Occasionally as per business need.
