Job description / Role
Our client is a leading supplier of products, solutions and services for industrial process measurement and automation. They are currently looking to recruit a Sales Director for their office in Khobar
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage a large sales team
- 25 people internal and external.
- Conduct sales analysis
- Setting strategy
- Developing team
- Reporting to international branches in GCC and Europe
- Reporting to MD in Saudi
Requirements
- International education - Bachelor Degree level, Masters level is an advantage.
- Experienced in Industrial Sales
- Arabic speaking (transferable Iqama) - Saudi national preferred
- Experience in working in international companies with international reporting structures.
- Minimum 5 years experience in Saudi
- 35 - 40 years old
- Can manage different nationalities
