Job description / Role
Aquila Consulting are working on behalf of an international Security organisation expanding their Industrial Security and Critical infrastructure division and as such have an opening for a Sales Director for their Doha Branch. Travelling throughout the GCC, but based in Doha, the ideal candidate will have experience in Security Solutions for airports, Ports, Border Control and Industrial projects whilst specialising in Thermal Imaging, Perimeter Intrusion, Fire Alarms, CCTV and Access Control.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing Sales of multi million $ projects throughout Qatar, focusing on government and military projects
- Developing business throughout the GCC and leveraging from current projects in different business areas
- Reporting to the GM and working in partnership with project teams
- Develop and manage end users and channel partners
Requirements
- Must have the technical ability to manage and design solutions for Security on mega projects
- Qualified Engineer to degree level
- At least 5 years direct sales experience in Security/Perimeter Intrusion/Thermal Imaging/Sonar detection/Radar etc
- Must have a background in critical infrastructure protection and or industrial security
- Ability to manage people and lead successful teams
