Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Contact new and existing customers to discuss their needs, and to promote our products for their requirements.
- Discuss with customers about products, prices, availability, product uses, and credit terms.
- Negotiate prices and terms of sales and service agreements.
- Carry out aggressive sales activities to meet the agreed sales targets and forecasts.
- Prepare and submit sales quotations, bids to clients and prospective clients.
- Prepare sales contracts for orders obtained, and submit orders for processing.
- Coordinate with Internal Sales support to process and finalize Purchase Orders and other terms between client and principle supplier.
- Coordinate with client and sales coordinator to process orders and required documentation and ensure smooth processing of the orders.
- Coordinate with Sales Coordinator to arrange Principle supplier’s client visits, client training.
- Provide weekly update reports and plan for the next week to the Manager.
- Prepare, maintain and submit monthly client visit reports as per the formats.
- Provide updates of sales progress and weekly plans to the Sales Coordinator for preparing updates for the management.
- Undertake any other responsibility assigned.

Requirements

- Minimum 5~8 years experience in Sales Engineering
- Automation/Process Control/Flow,
- Level instruments/Instrumentation/ fire and gas detection and alarm systems.
- Past experience in Gulf region, Aramco, Sabic would be added an advantage.

(BFIM) was set up in 1980 at Rahima in Ras Tanura (Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia) to provide an in-Kingdom facility for fabrication of insulation materials principally to service the requirements of Saudi Aramco and Sabic Industries. It is wholly owned by Wahib, Faisal, Mohamed and Abdullah Binzagr.

In support of the rapid growth of the petro-chemical industry and continuing expansion of the Saudi Aramco, BFIM has extended its activities to provide comprehensive maintenance of installed thermal insulation, fire-proofing, refractories, scaffolding and turn-key contracts for the insulation and fire-proofing of petro-chemical plants, oil refineries, gas plants and tank farms.

Backed by long-term exclusive relationships with internationally renowned suppliers - Pittsburgh Corning, Pabco Insulation, Lapinus Rockwool, Childers Products, RPR and Foster Products - BFIM has developed specialist expertise in hot, cold and acoustic insulation. It offers a complete package for any type of insulation requirement - technical assistance, materials, fabrication and on-time installation.
