Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Carry out sales activities in line with the regional plan for achieving sales margin, revenue and cost targets, constantly driving for results
- Accurately identify and satisfy the needs of customers by ensuring a good understanding of the customer’s business and challenges, carrying out a structured diagnosis and communicating Trainera’s relevant services and products to hir / her customers
- Ensure customer delight with sales interactions, processes and program delivery by implementing the sales process correctly, interacting with customers in a highly professional manner and ensuring seamless communication with account management and operations staff
- Update and consistently maintain the CRM database for his / her customers to ensure all information is timely and accurate
- Execute the sales invoicing promptly and accurately to ensure Trainera maintains a healthy cash flow
- Consistently present self in a professional manner to customers and ensure company services and products are being presented to customers in line with company image to brand Trainera effectively
- Develop him / herself, particularly in the areas of sales process and presentation, product, services and Trainera brand. Ensure the Performance Management process is completed according to Line Manager and company requirements to drive own achievement.

- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration
- At least one years in a sales position within a professional services environment
- Financial awareness
- Negotiation skills
- MS Office Skills
- Excellent written & verbal English & Arabic communication
