My client is growing very rapidly, providing consumable solutions to private hospitals, institutions and MoH establishments (to which they are already the no 1 supplier) throughout the Kingdom.

They plan to expand 10-fold within the next 5 years - leading to excellent career progression for the successful candidate.

You need to be based within Saudi Arabia and will travel extensively through the Kingdom. My client will provide you will receive a multitude of options for personal & professional growth, career development and progression opportunities. A generous base salary is provided alongside a bonus system, uncapped performance based - sales commission, executive car and a multitude of other benefits.

Responsibilities:
- Building, leading and managing a lean, engaged and empowered team in the most cost-effective manner possible.
- Driving the development of the company network throughout MENA region; meeting or exceeding our strategic growth plan for each country.
- Collaborating closely with the CEO, the CFO and other members of the team to define Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s), to identify and execute on the best way to collect data and report KPI’s on a regular basis, and to ensure partners both review and understand the KPI’s.
- Collaborating with the CFO and the CEO on the development of annual budgets.

Salary:
SAR 30,000 to 35,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
