Sales Manager for Projects

Job description / Role

- Candidate is expected to generate business and revenue
- Develop sales and business plan monthly/yearly
- Must know who is who in the industry and have a significant client data base
- Must be able to achieve target (3-5 times his salary) in gross profit
- Willing to travel within KSA and GCC
- Ability to draw up offers to client with complete terms conditions and covering all services
- Self motivated to meet, research prospective clients on own
- Give weakly reports to head office, current, pipeline and prospective along with expected nos
- Knowledge of preparing presentations for sales pitch and meetings
- Prepare bids /offers and contracts
- Pre-planning for shipment requirements with internal office staff and agents
- Ability to command operational requirements from office staff
- Ability to calculate total chargeable freight by sea and air
- Consistent weakly client meetings and visits
- Monitor and ensure outstanding receivables are collected
- Ensure invoicing is as per agreed with clients and with company guidelines

Requirements

- Min 10 years experience
- Multi lingual is an advantage
- Have worked min 5 year in ksa
- Have handled and dealt with project forwarding
- Good computer skills
- Presentable
- Not exceeding 55 years of age
- Driving license
- Higher degree graduate is an advantage
- Has to have a strong leadership personality
- Problem solving skills
- Geographical knowledge
- Excellent verbal and written skills

Candidates will have to come up with a written preliminary sales and business plan before joining.
