Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Objectives: Manages, implement and administer Sales and Marketing activities, formulating Sales and Marketing plans, guidelines, policies and short-term strategies as well as setting goals and targets.

Main responsibilities:
- Framing Sales and Marketing plans, guidelines, policies and short-term strategies as well as setting goals and targets.
- Identify, research, evaluate, and pursue business development opportunities that will contribute to the organization’s short and long-term business goals.
- Review sales promotion & marketing plans annually.
- Maintain a consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning, deployment and management of sales personnel and action plans in order to improve short- and long-term sales and earnings within the set target objectives
- Develop and propose the pre-owned vehicle sales business strategy
- Increase the corporate / government customers base and relationships
- Achieve maximum customer retention and current customer account growth.
- Meets marketing and sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, initiating corrective actions.
- Educates sales team by establishing programs/seminars in the areas of new account sales and growth.

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree, BBA is preferred
