Overview of the role:
The Sales Operations Manager is responsible for monitoring and guiding the performance of the team by ensuring that all current and new processes are handled in accordance with established Standard Operating Procedures and Company Policies.

What you will do:
Responsible for all admin related support such as:
- Sales Support
- Campaign Systems Setup
- Rectifying Sales Order Errors
- Closing Leads / Enquiries
- Document Management System (DMS) trouble shooting.
- CPOV stock upload.
- Discount maintenance.

Procurement:
- Vendor Quotation management
- Business cards
- Uniform and name badges
- Courier
- All business supplies including cleaning, office supplies.

Network:
- Facilities and Refurbishment
- New sites
- Finance:
- Sales incentive calculation
- Release strategy
- Facilities and Refurbishment

Finance:
- Sales incentive calculation
- Release strategy.

General tasks:
- Deliver business results and creating a work environment that promotes employee engagement.
- Evaluating current processes and recommending improvements to create efficiency and scale for the organization.
- Training, Coaching and Managing team of associates to ensure maximum efficiency while maintaining quality output in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures.
- Represent the key business projects impacting team workflow and customer experience.
- Managing the Sales Operations by providing timely reporting on the Key Performance Metrics and ensuring optimum stock levels with a control over the aged units.
- Represent the business on internal and external audits.

Requirements

Required skills to be successful:
- Graduate in Bachelor's or Above
- 7+ years of experience and 3 years minimum in a similar or supervisory role
- High Level of Exposure to Microsoft office packages and ERP Systems
- Effective inter-personal skills, a good level of spoken and written English and clear verbal & written communication

About the Team:
This role will be reporting to the Managing Director and you will manage the Operations Executives.
