We are currently working with the largest furniture retailer in the world, selling ready-to-assemble furniture, as well as home accessories, appliances, and small motor vehicles.

Our client is looking for salespeople to be assigned in children’s, home and living room furniture, efficiently assisting clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and guaranteeing optimal shopping experience.

The successful candidate will be dedicated in ensuring excellent customer service through great teamwork, proactive response and efficient assistance, utilising in-depth knowledge of product range, as well as sales and communications channels, hence promoting satisfaction and sustainability.

Sales people will be accountable for:
- Ensuring an adequate number of efficient proactive workforce willing and very able to provide quality service to customers
- Maintaining the shop at its best, complete with the four merchandising basics in place at all times and that the product range presentation meets clients’ aesthetic standards
- Sharing appropriate information about the product range and utilising the correct sales and communication channels to better educate customers
- Helping achieve the department’s goals and ensuring the implementation of action plans in accordance to country priorities for the Home Furnishing Business (HFB)
- Emphasising the department’s top-selling products and prioritised products, actively inspiring clients and promoting sales
- Identifying and taking immediate advantage of commercial opportunities
- Monitoring the competition, responding appropriately when necessary
- Developing good teamwork in contributing to sustainability

Requirements

- Saudi nationals preferred
- Previous experience of customer-oriented services or retail
- Experience of working in a fast-paced environment
- Interest in home furnishing
