Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

NTS Group is working with a leading multinational pharmaceutical company to recruit a Sales Force Effectiveness Manager in KSA. The Sales Force Effectiveness Manager is responsible for driving the commercial direction across KSA by acting as a guiding partner to Sales, Marketing and HR functions. The main purpose of this function is to direct, manage and oversee the key processes, resources and systems used to support the administrative, operative and regulatory needs of the Field Sales force in KSA.

- Development & implementation of Regional plan to establish SFE capabilities and processes in the region in cooperation with Head of Regional CE & Global SFE Lead.
- Implementation and optimization of SFE methodologies in the region, in alignment with the global approaches and the specific needs in the region.
- Segmentation, targeting, call planning, alignment, sizing, incentive & compensation
- Selling skills and SFE capabilities, incl. coordination of training delivery (internal or through third parties)
- Implementation of sales & activity performance management (sales, activity and campaign KPIs) – approach and monitoring, in alignment with the global approaches and the specific needs in the region.
- Consolidation of regional needs in terms of SFE processes, KPI tracking, SF selling skills and development of regional/local initiatives if needed.
- Execution of SFE processes & Track Progress at local level.
- Effective usage of the CRM and KPI dashboards.
- Definition of the business requirements for automization of KPI tracking and SFE processes execution in collaboration with the CRM & Platform Global Lead & IT local needs.

Requirements

Experience, Skills & Qualifications

- > 5 years experience in commercial organization in Sales & Marketing consulting in Healthcare or in international Commercial Excellence/SFE roles in Healthcare companies (Pharma with primary care portfolio or OTC industry)
- Deep knowledge of SFE methodologies & approaches in the context of Healthcare
- Ability to train teams & provide methodological support adapting to different SFE maturity levels
- Solid approach to problem solving based on strong business acumen
- Capable to establish and maintain collaboration with many diverse people and cultures on all org. levels
- Strong accountability, results oriented and able to prioritize
- Strong communications and influencing skills
- Track success record in international roles or with MNC
- Familiarity with CRM systems
- Familiarity with data analysis & the use of excel
