Employment: Full Time

Responsible for HR-Workflow RICEFW in the SAP ECC 6.0. Design, Develop and test the Business Objects Reports/ Universes/ Dashboards.

Understanding of SAP BW System.

Knowledge of resolving issues related to Business Objects.

Job Description:
- Design and develop BO reports
- Design and Develop Dashboard
- Impact analysis on new projects
- Maintain and update KPI’s
- Keeping the Meta data information updated and accurate
- Document the complete process and final design
- Maintain Provisioning information (Dashboards, reports, data cubes, etc) to designated business area enable decision-making
- Gather requirements from all sources
- Document and articulate all the requirements, business needs and want and the associated benefits and how they are met within the universe design
- Be able to assess the business benefits associated with any requirements gathered and advise appropriately
- Collate the requirements and design the business objects universe
- Build the business objects universe
- Maintain the business objects universe going forward and any legacy universes
- Plan future developments of the business objects universe
- Validate all changes to the business objects universe and ensure they meet specifications and data integrity requirements
- Build reports and advise on the development of reports
- Investigate any issues and defects raised and advise or correct appropriately
- Maintain the appropriate documentation relating to the universes standards and design
- Maintain the appropriate document relating to the measure and dimensions with the business objects universe and how they relate to the EDM and UL
- Maintain the appropriate documentation relating to the metadata for the business objects universe
- Ensure that all reports have appropriate documentation and that it is maintained by the report developers
- As a SAP HCM-Workflow developer the successful candidate will develop good quality, reliable and efficient custom solutions to supplement standard SAP functionality.
- Expected to follow development standards and consistency in high quality work.
- Ability to work independently with little supervision - based on Functional Specification.
- Good communication skills will be necessary to work with multi language people.
- Ability to learn quickly is important as we use very broad spectrum of SAP products.

Requirements

- SAP BO & BI Launch pad
- Information Design Tool, Universe Design Tool, Web Intelligence, Crystal Reports, Design Studio
- SAP BW
- Reports Development
- Monitoring, Maintaining and Supporting BO system
- SAP BODS
- At least three full life cycle implementation, including go-live support and post go-live.
- Need to have Positive attitude and ability to work in a diverse team environment.
- Experience with onsite-offshore development model
- Experience with ECC 6 in the following functional areas: FICO, SD, MM, PM
- Good working experience: OO ABAP; Data Dictionary; RICEFW (Reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms & SAP Workflow), Framework; ALV reports; dialog programming; performance tuning and ABAP debugger.
- Experience in ABAP based workflow and/or Web Dynpro ABAP will be a big plus.
- Proficient in SLO(System landscape optimization) and Data migration from legacy to SAP ERP.
