Job description / Role
- Strong experience in SAP CRM End to End implementation experience is must. Marketing Business Scenarios: Marketing Plan & Campaign Manage-ment, Segmentation, Surveys, Personalized Emails, Product Proposals, Lead Management Account & Contact Management, Activity Management, Opportunity Management, Baseline Configuration Skills: Transaction Types Setup, Copying Control, Date Profile, Text Profile, Action Profile, Status Profile, Organization De-termination Profile, Partner Determination profile.
- He should be well versed in configuring SAP-CRM specific Org struc-ture, Master Data,
- Well versed in technical documentation (Configuration, Unit Test, L1 Training, UAT Documents etc.)
- Ability to conduct user training for SAP CRM solution
Requirements
- SAP CRM functional (SD/ Service/Sales and Marketing,…)
- Full Experience in SAP preferred.
- 3-5 end to end implementations .
- At least 1 implementation should be in medical or pharmacy industry.
