Job description / Role
- Implementation and support of SAP Success Factors LMS to enhance the clients’ business functionality and overall performance, while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction by providing functional expertise, guidance, presentation, and instruction on SAP products
- Design, configuration and testing of SAP learning functionality as per approved design.
- Provide detailed knowledge of industry best practices and how SAP would full fill these practices
- Support end-users in using SAP Success Factors; including: troubleshooting, investigate, analyze, and solve software problems and map client business requirements, processes and objectives; develop necessary product modifications to satisfy clients' needs
- Complete SAP related documentations
- Generate knowledge about the current business process, design current business flows, study current business processes and its complication
- Perform GAP analysis of the current business processes and scenarios, and recommend/develop solutions to meet the client’s needs
- Prepare test plan for validating the configured scenarios
- Write down end-user’s manuals and user’s training materials and conduct awareness and training sessions for end-users
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of the organization and adheres to all organizational standards
- Participates in Change Request process to approve, document, test and certify all changes to the SAP Learning functionality and other integrated applications.
Requirements
- Graduate or Post Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems of equivalent from a reputed national / foreign educational institution.
- Communication capabilities in English languages (Arabic is a plus).
Relevant Experience:
- Minimum 5+ years of work experience in SAP HCM and 2+ in Success Factors LMS
- Experience with full SAP project implementation cycle of Success Factors LMS (analysis, design, build, testing, deployment and support).
- Experience on SAP Success Factors LMS with minimum one full-cycle implementation including requirements gathering, planning and scoping, application design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post go-live support.
- Experience and knowledge of key integration points with SAP Success Factors LMS.
- SAP Public sector experience will be plus
SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
- Certified in SAP HCM
- Certified in SAP Success Factors
SKILLS PREFERRED : (2/4 IS ENOUGH)
- Have a good knowledge of all SAP software
- Business knowledge and process design skills
- At least one full lifecycle SAP Success Factors LMS implementation experience (Project Preparation till Go-Live)
