SASO experienced Logistics Executive - ACE Regional Office - Dubai

As part of the Logistics Team based in Dubai, you will be responsible for ensuring proper coordination from all internal & external stake holders including buyers, vendors-across the world, logistics companies, and certification agencies including SASO agents, warehouse and Government authorities etc. in order to ensure a smooth flow of shipment movement in to various middle East countries including UAE, KSA, Bahrain, Qatar & Egypt.

You will coordinate with ACE Buying team and ACE local/import vendors to ensure smooth flow of stock movement along with proper documentation.You will assist in preparation and maintenance of accurate and up to date shipment tracker as well as maintain necessary logistics & inventory reports using ERP system and various MS office applications.

You will be responsible for verification of freight and warehouse invoices and perform monthly reconciliation. You will ensure the continuity of the proper documentation process and support the Logistics manager in formulating necessary SOPs to ensure the compliance from all concerned parties.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, it is essential you have a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Commerce or Business Administration. You will have a thorough understanding of Middle East import/export government & custom rules and regulations. You will have at least 3 years experience in logistics functions. You will have advanced skills in MS office applications and working knowledge in SAP would be an added advantage.

It is mandatory you will have special exposure to KSA, Qatar & Egypt cross border logistics movement. You will have excellent communication skills and highly influential in ensuring the concerted efforts from all internal and external parties to deliver the results within agreed time lines.

Due to the nature of job, candidates with working experience in preparing and coordinating for KSA, Doha & Egypt shipment documentation including SASO certification (either from the service provider side or from the retail side of business) will only be considered.
