Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Performs management functions in either a maintenance management or maintenance control role in the context of logistics support and services environment.
- Responsible for planning and controlling maintenance activities in support of operational requirements.
- Manages employees performing organizational or intermediate technical or specialist maintenance activities where business needs dictate.
- Applies technical knowledge of product support/logistics disciplines and Program Management Best Practices to direct program activities.
- Manages employees performing activities related to Program Management.
- Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals.
- Acquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements.
- Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports.
- Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes.
- Manages, develops and motivates employees.
- This position is in a Saudi site to be determined and is contingent upon contract award for the Apache MAT Expansion Program. Assignment to Saudi site following hire at base location of Mesa, AZ.

Requirements

- 5 years aviation leadership experience
- 5 years Apache maintenance
- Bachelor degree
- Willing to relocate to Saudi Arabia
