An exciting opportunity exists to join Northgate Public Services to lead a team of screeners delivering a Screening and Immunisation Programme in Saudi Arabia. The service which will involve screening adults and children. Saudi Arabia is at the forefront of a research programme to determine effective vaccination and treatment regimes required on a national level and hence this project will influence healthcare policy and practice. Through your involvement with the programme you will be truly making a real difference to patients and advancing the knowledge in the Middle East and hence prove a repeatable model to be used in this and other NPS international markets.

Leading a small specialist team of screeners you will be self motivated, highly organised and a good communicator, focussed and dedicated to ensuring a high quality service is delivered through your team and that patients are afforded a professional service experience.

You will in particular have an eye for detail to ensure the screeners carry out each step of the protocol to the highest levels of performance and safety. You will also have a can-do attitude and be a problem solver.

You will receive full training and induction into NPS screening services, operating procedures, clinical protocols, business practices and cultural orientation so that you can carry out your duties to the highest level.

Requirements

The role will appeal to both those nationals that have qualified and worked abroad and now may wish to return to their country of origin as well as UK based staff who wish to benefit from an international career and enjoy high level of decision making and responsibility working within a close knit and supportive team environment. The role is based in Riyadh, and the package includes relocation, and accommodation.

The term of the contract is a minimum of 12 months and may be extended up to 36 months as required.

If the role appeals to you, you will need to go through a formal interview and you may be required to travel to other Hospital sites in Saudi Arabia, during the term of the contract.

Essential:
- Previous experience of managing and motivating a team
- Knowledge of or experience in health prevention program, public health or NHS experience.

Desirable:
- 5 years’ minimum experience in healthcare delivery such as in the NHS, HSE or UK private health care practice.
- Graduate Nursing or Allied professional probably band 5,6, or 7 NHS pay scale.
- Nursing Team Leader or Nursing Manager Grade or equivalent. Essential - Microsoft Office and Gmail. Data Entry and File Management.
