Section Head - Inspection, Saudi Arabia

This is an excellent opportunity to join one of the regions largest industrial projects in the position of Section Head – Downstream (Inspection). You will be responsible for formulating, planning, developing, implementing and monitoring a Reliability Centred Maintenance (RCM), Risk Based Inspection (RBI), Reliability Instrumented Systems (RIS) and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) through experienced and qualified engineers and well trained Plant Inspectors. Oversees the development of strategies for problem solving throughout all MWSPC as part of the Reliability Performance Department activity with the objective of achieving safe and reliable plants that leads to cost control, customer satisfaction, and superior quality.

The primary role of the Section Head-Downstream is to manage and guide a team of reliability engineers and plant inspectors to administer & support the RCM effort from a management standpoint. Provide high quality problem solving consultancy services and drive training and knowledge sharing between all MWSPC plants to enhance employee's knowledge and skills about RCM. RBI, RIS & RCA methodology and problem solving culture change that will positively impact MWSPC safety & reliability performance.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree Mechanical Engineering or equivalent preferred
- 12-15 years of direct experience as an inspector or mechanical integrity work.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Managerial role in Asset Management/ Reliability or Plant Maintenance role within a Fortune 200 company, such as: Petroleum, Chemical, Fertilizer/Mining or other Industrial Manufacturing organizations.
- Hands on experience in implementing RCM, RBI, RIS and RCA strategies for Process plant equipment and recording

It will be a single status residential role so candidates will have to have;
- Willingness to be away from home for lengthy period required
- Willingness to work internationally
- Willingness to work in remote location
- Must have valid passport, capable of meeting medical and background requirements to obtain Visa for Saudi Arabia.

Due to visa restrictions, this role is only open to Egyptians, Jordanians, Indians and Pakistani nationals.
