• Knowledge of Cisco ASA, FirePower and Fortinet Firewalls & F5 technology (LTM, GTM & ASM).
• Troubleshooting firewalls.
• Intrusion protection systems, VPN technologies.
• Proxy solution and email gateway.
• SOC ticketing systems and process knowledge.
