Security Presales Engineer – Riyadh, Saudi Arabia – Arabic Speaker with Transferable Iqama - Urgent
Halian International, a global IT services business, is currently seeking a Security Presales Engineer with an excellent technical understanding of IT security threats in different areas, including Networks, applications, DB, infrastructure and cloud computing. Based out of Riyadh, KSA, this will be permanent position working for one of the region’s leading Information Security service providers on some of the most prestigious projects being delivered within the Government, Banking & telecoms industries. There will be travel required within this role.
The Security Presales Engineer will be responsible for assessing the customers’ network security, and understanding the treats related to their business; and propose the suitable solutions based on the best practices and customer needs.
The Security Presales Engineer will also be responsible for writing RFP’s and RFQ’s, so writing skills are essential. The Security Presales Engineer will also be responsible for presenting solutions, using technology demonstrations in customer meetings.
Requirements
To be considered for this outstanding Security Presales Engineer role, our client is seeking an accomplished Security Presales Engineer with at least 5 years of Security related Presales experience, with a track record of designing and recommending enterprise security solutions.
To qualify for the 1st stage of interview, you must possess the following skills and experience;
- In-depth knowledge of Information security principles
- Technical understanding of IT security threats in different areas, including Networks, applications, DB, infrastructure and cloud computing
- An experience in analyzing large infrastructures, and designing the suitable controls against the existing and expected weakness.
- Significant experience of security architecture in different sectors.
- Capability for preparing technical designs and documentations.
- Responding to requests for proposals.
- Hold a strong degree in IT from a reputably university.
- Hold CISSP certified or equivalent is preferred
- Attended to variety of IT Security trainings
- Fluent English and native Arabic speaking
- Excellent communication skills and listening skills.
- Currently based in Saudi Arabia with Transferable iqama
