Employment: Full Time

The Senior Officer Corporate Admin is the professional who undertakes processes relating to the initiation, progression and resolution of individual casework in accordance with Service practice and operational standards. Also, he is the one who undertakes appropriate duties in the absence of Supervisor. Moreover, he coordinates and ensures the effective provision of administrative support within the organization.

Duties and Responsibilities
- To assist the Supervisor in the allocation, supervision and coordination of the work, providing advice, guidance and direction to promote the effective progression of corporate activities.
- To undertake general administration in respect of the inter-management arrangements for the identification, assessment and provision for all services, in liaison with consulting segment and corporate/ administrative affairs, whenever necessary, ensuring work is progressed efficiently in accordance with prescribed deadlines.
- To take responsibility for specific casework as allocated by the Supervisor.
- To respond to any queries or concerns relating to business-services in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with organizational standards.
- To monitor information on: - (i) clients query; (ii) business development flow; and (iii) other operational and budget data as required; either directly or through the team of Supervisor.
- To undertake budgetary monitoring procedures upon need
- To be responsible for the authorization of consulting service-support including administrative and logistics
- To monitor the databases are properly and accurately maintained in conjunction with the Supervisor.
- To coordinate administration relating to the processing of review procedures weekly/ fortnightly/ monthly/ half-yearly/ annually.
- To liaise with consultants within the Service to ensure efficient planning of annual reviews.
- To assist in the implementation of system and procedural changes resulting from new and revised policies and legislation.
- To coordinate and collate information relating to client-cases for consideration by Supervisor and respond accordingly.
- To gather, provide and analyse information for moderation and action accordingly.
- To carry out any other reasonable duties within the overall function commensurate with the level of responsibility of the post.
- To attend Meetings whenever required.
- To follow up with all concerned matters to ensure that all decisions taken by the VP are being acted upon in a timely manner.
- To follow up on behalf of the VP on the execution of decisions taken by the VP or the Board.
- To act as the point of contact on all Corporate Level organizational matters.
- To assist the VP in analyzing & judging matters related to Business Strategy, Compliance, Organization, Operations, etc.
- To review and assess all reports submitted to VP and advice him accordingly.
- To track success and strategic alignment through developing strategy maps and maintaining KPIs.
- To look out for improvements across the companies/departments/units/ and act as the “internal auditor” on process and management matters (not finance).
- To track companies’/departments’ performance and development projects schedules.
- To maintain overall responsibility for developing company policies and procedures.
- To design and ensure application of project management methodologies.
- To anticipate and propose changes to company structure and HR-related matters to improve efficiency.
- To oversee and track main company initiatives.
- To support the VP in developing company’s 5-year revolving strategy and annual strategy and budget.
- To track projects for VP as a strategic/operational role.
- To develop marketing materials including brochures, catalogs, profiles, prospectuses, presentations related to business developments/new ventures and new companies.
- To ensure compliance with managerial, operational, legal and financial policies and procedures approved by the company.
- Other than the above duties, upon organizational need and demand, the Senior Officer may need to engage other activities.

Requirements

- Minimum 10+ years of overall work experience.
- He or she should have strong academic background, for example, having a Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
- The most preferable degree for the job is the MBA degree and familiarity with Microsoft is highly preferable.
