Job description / Role
Senior Claims Consultant - Riyadh Metro
This international contractor are working on the Riyadh Metro project. They require a Claims Consultant to join the team. The successful candidate will have had experience in the preparation and defence of claims on large scale construction projects.
Applicants should meet the following criteria
BSc Quantity Surveying
MRICS or further legal qualifications would be an advantage
A proven track record in the preparation/defense and dispute resolution of claims
Experienced in the Forensic investigation of delay on projects
Procurement, contract drafting and expert witness experience would be an advantage
Excellent communication and client facing skills essential
Requirements
