Job description / Role
Local candidates with Transferable Iqama
ROLE
- Liaise with business users to determine user requirements and document these fully to provide the basis for problem analysis and the development of specifications.
- Devise and implement programs, systems and related procedures, ensuring conformance with business specifications.
- Identify, prepare and perform unit test plans, systems testing, performance testing and parallel testing in order to ensure that systems/networks comply with specification.
- Appropriately analyse and resolve problems, referring them to superiors as necessary, in order to minimise their effect on business operations.
- Act as mentor to junior colleagues, where appropriate, in order to support their technical knowledge development.
- Actively maintain a current level of knowledge of the relevant technical environment through both formal training and self-development (reading; asking questions; seeking information) in order to ensure the highest levels of performance are achieved.
Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience .
- Extensive knowledge and hands on experience in particular area of technical expertise. This will cover the following skill areas:
- Standards-based web development using Microsoft .NET technologies (ASP.NET ,C# ,VB.NET and ADO.NET) , HTML/HTML5, CSS/CSS3, JavaScript, ECMAScript ,PLSql ,TSQL and jQuery .
- SharePoint’s Designer, InfoPath, Web Parts, workflow creation ,object model ,web service interface ,branding components, hosted workflows and application services framework including implementation, configuration, usages of Search, Managed Metadata, and User Profile Services.
- Oracle and SQL Server databases.
- Knowledge of software design patterns such as MVC, OOP, SOA, and data structures
- Knowledge of Banking operations ,products and services.
- Operating Systems (Lunix,UNIX, O/S2, WINDOWS) and their corresponding network structures.
