Senior Development Manager - Major Mixed-Use Project - Riyadh
* Role: Senior Development Manager
* Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
* Salary package: US $12,000 - $18,000 per month + benefits
A top-tier Development group in Saudi Arabia and I are seeking a Development Director, for a vast and prominent Mixed-Use development. The value of the development is huge, even by the standards of traditionally larger Middle East projects.
Package
The salary will be around the region of US $12,000 - $18,000 per month. Additionally, you will receive:
* School-fees allowance
* Flights
* Discretionary annual bonus
* Family medical insurance
* Salary paid free of tax
Requirements
. * Degree Qualified in relevant field
* Commercially strong
* Strong Feasibility experience
* Design Management experience
* Aware of the Middle East markets
* Know hotel operators or understand how operator businesses work
* Aware of sales/lease and marketing activities
* Experienced in consultant, management etc.
* Exposure to Construction Management so as to understand the buildability of projects
* Sectors will include: Health, Leisure, Real Estate, Mix Use, Residential, Hotel, Retail, Culture, Marina, Golf, Entertainment
