Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

• Understanding of British, American and International design standards
• Responsible for electrical building services
• Engineering design review, from concept design through to construction issue
• Site project management afterwards with International PMC and client or client facing experience.
• Experience in multi-disciplinary co-ordination on complex Mega projects and delivering complex projects (Mixed Use, Hotels, Residential, Retail)
• Ability to integrate and co-ordinate in house and with external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Degree qualified – minimum requirement of BEng (Electrical)
• 10-12 years minimum experience of electrical building engineering
• Experience of local utilities rules, regulations and design guides
• Average knowledge of AUTOCAD, detailed knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook
• Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English is essential
• Knowledge of design software such as Hevacomp, Dialux, Relux and Amtech would be beneficial
• Primary substation Experience
