Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior Fire & Life Safety Engineer (Life Safety Background) to join our team and work alongside our other specialist disciplines based in our Riyadh office.

This role offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced and motivated Fire & Life Safety Engineer seeking a challenging role within a professional company with a specialized service offering.

Key Responsibilities:
• Capability to perform Occupancy load analysis, Fire Separation, Travel distance calculation, defining construction elements, fire access road etc.
• Individually able to carry out architectural review layout for SBC-201/801 code compliance.
• Candidate must be familiar with SBC, NFPA 101, NFPA 5000, IBC, and FLS-related international standards.
• Preparation and review of FLS strategy report in line with SBC FLS code.
• To coordinate and collaborate internally with a team of Fire & Life Safety engineers to discuss, assist and resolve the FLS issues to ensure compliance with the SBC FLS Code.
• Lead tasks on projects and shall report to the Manager.

Requirements

Requirements:
• A BSc (BEng) or MSc (MEng) in Fire Safety Engineering / Architecture Engineering/Mechanical Engineering.
• Sound technical knowledge in Life safety requirements for Residential, Commercial, Stadium, Amusement Park and Hotels sector.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience practising Life Safety review and Knowledge of Fire Protection, Fire Alarm and other disciplines will add advantages.
• CFPS Certification (Desirable)
• Good IT skills such as word processing with excellent use of spreadsheets and knowledge of various presentation packages
• Must have a Valid SCE Membership
• Must have a Valid IQAMA, if Non-Saudi
