Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Our client is a leading Leasing, Car Rental, and Fleet Management Company in the kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Supporting assessment of new investments
- Financial modelling and business analysis of potential investments/green fields
- Carry out due diligence under direction
- Analyzing legal, financial, geopolitical, background, and commercial due diligence
- Preparation of internal papers and memorandum
- Locating investment opportunities in a variety of sectors within the MENA Region
- Supporting monitoring of fund investments
- Preparation of various material and analysis of performance
- Undertaking of quarterly reports and valuations of selected fund investments
- Understand, and ensure compliance with, all relevant internal and external rules, regulations, and procedures that apply to the conduct of the business
- Maintain the firm’s Internal Control standards, including the timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators
- To be alert to operational risks and losses during the execution of the firm’s day to day responsibilities
- Timely reporting of any operational risk loss and ensuring operational risks and losses are considered when executing the day to day responsibilities
- Problem Solving (from a consultancy point of view)
- Conduct market analysis
- Carry out market and competitive platform analysis
- Allocate market trends
- SWOT Analysis
- Develop new products/services entry points
- Allocate new channels of distribution
- Develop new products/services
- Company Infrastructure Development
- Map-out Company processes on all levels
- Develop Proposed Processes/Flow Charts along with its Automation Points
- Manpower Sizing
- Org Chart Development
- Scoping of Job Descriptions
- KPI Development and its Dashboards
- Authority Matrix Development
- Policy & Procedures Development
- Cost Structure Development
- Structuring of Management Accounts

Requirements

- Preferably bilingual (Ar/En)
- No gender preference
- Preferably Saudi
- 3 years min of Private Equity / Start-up background
- Will be reporting to the COO.
- 1 to 2 years min of consultancy background (not Advisory)
