Senior Landscape Architect

Job description / Role

Required to join an established architectural & engineering consultancy in Saudi Arabia working on a large urban park project. The successful candidate will lead on developing concept design, preliminary sketches and design details for hardscape and softscape.

Responsibilities include preparing landscape design presentations and manage the presentation production and the sample boards.

Supervise Landscape Architects and CADD Technicians to ensure an excellent quality of work

Liaise with clients, contractors and stakeholders.

Requirements

- 15 years’ experience in design of large landscape projects from concept and preliminary stages to construction documentation,
- Experience of working in the Middle East and knowledge of local plant species advantageous BA Honors degree or Master’s Degree in Landscape Architecture and post-graduate Diploma
- Excellent knowledge of landscape architecture, knowledge of coordination of landscaping works with associated engineering systems, including utilities, irrigation and external lighting is required. Good freehand presentation skills are essential.
