Senior Legal Counsel - Riyadh

Senior In-House Counsel - Multinational Construction Company - Riyadh
Ideally fully Bilingual - Arabic & English
Locally based and familiar with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

Search is currently seeking a Senior In house counsel for one of our international client in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

The client has global presence but is Head Quartered in Europe. There have recently won a number of projects in the Capital of Saudi Arabia. These projects are expected to last at least 4 years (with a number of other likely projects to last even longer).

The client is seeking a senior lawyer who is familiar with the Saudi Market, including local customs and laws. As you will be the senior attorney on the ground you will be expected to be commercially minded and confident in your ability to negotiate and dispute contracts.

Requirements

- Bilingual - Arabic and English
- Confident with commercial contracts
- Ideally based in Saudi Arabia now and can obtain an NOC
- Willing to work flexible hours depending on the project needs
