Senior Legal Counsel - Jeddah - Construction Focused
Enterprise being closely observed by the Royal Family - Jeddah
Search is currently seeking a Senior In house counsel for one of our high profile clients based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
The client is a leading conglomerate in GCC. They have increased the number of new infrastructure projects they are embarking on. These projects are expected to last at least 4 years (with a number of other projects to last even longer).
The client is seeking a senior lawyer who is familiar with the Saudi Market including customs and local laws. As you will be the senior attorney on the ground you will be expected to be commercially minded and confident in your ability to negotiate and dispute contracts.
Requirements
The client is a leading conglomerate in GCC. They have increased the number of new infrastructure projects they are embarking on. These projects are expected to last at least 4 years (with a number of other projects to last even longer).
- Bilingual - Arabic and English
- Confident with commercial contracts
- Familiar with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
- Ideally based in Saudi Arabia now and can obtain an NOC
- Willing to work flexible hours depending on the client need.
The client is hoping to have this position filled before December 2015.
Salary will be within the line of 40,000 SAR + benefits
