Employment: Full Time

Charterhouse is working with a major construction company who are heavily involved in Saudi Vison 2030. Our client is looking to hire a Senior Lawyer to work on the ground in Riyadh, advising on huge construction and infrastructure projects, reporting to the KSA CEO and legal team based in the UAE.

This will be a sole counsel position, meaning the day-to-day responsibilities will be varied and challenging. You will be required to work on contracts and agreements, general corporate and give advice on compliance matters, whilst managing risk. You will also be involved in any disputes against the business.

Requirements

The successful candidate should have a minimum of 8 years’ experience, ideally from a top law firm or other multinational construction / engineering company. KSA experience is desired but Middle East experience is essential. You should be fully bilingual (Arabic and English) and have experience of managing disputes / litigation processes.
